Among those recognized were partners who have supported the OVP's Libreng Sakay Program, providing safe and accessible transportation to thousands of daily commuters. Their commitment has helped ease transportation costs while improving mobility for workers, students, and other members of the commuting public.
The OVP also honored organizations that have played a crucial role in disaster response and humanitarian operations. Through their swift mobilization and coordinated efforts, these partners have helped ensure that life-saving assistance reaches families and communities affected by calamities with urgency, efficiency, and compassion.

Kinilala ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) ang mahigit 375 katuwang na institusyon mula sa Central Office at mga Satellite Office sa Luzon sa ginanap na Luzon Cluster Awards bilang pagkilala sa kanilang mahalagang ambag sa paghahatid ng maagap, makatao, at tumutugong serbisyo publiko.
Itinampok sa seremonya ang mahalagang papel ng mga ahensya ng pamahalaan, mga lokal na pamahalaan, at iba pang katuwang na organisasyon sa pagtulong sa OVP na mailapit ang mahahalagang serbisyo sa iba’t ibang komunidad sa Luzon. Binigyang-diin ng OVP na ang tunay na paglilingkod-bayan ay bunga ng sama-samang pagkilos at matibay na pakikipagtulungan upang matugunan ang pangangailangan ng mga Pilipino.
Kabilang sa mga pinarangalan ang mga katuwang sa pagpapatupad ng Libreng Sakay Program, na nagbibigay ng ligtas at abot-kayang transportasyon sa libu-libong araw-araw na mananakay. Malaki ang naitulong ng kanilang pakikipagtulungan sa pagpapagaan ng gastusin sa pamasahe at pagpapabuti ng pagbiyahe ng mga manggagawa, estudyante, at iba pang miyembro ng publiko.
Kinilala rin ng OVP ang mga organisasyong may mahalagang papel sa mga operasyon para sa pagtugon sa kalamidad at makataong pagtugon. Sa pamamagitan ng kanilang mabilis na mobilisasyon at koordinadong pagkilos, natitiyak na ang agarang tulong ay nakararating sa mga pamilya at komunidad na naapektuhan ng mga sakuna nang may bilis, kahusayan, at malasakit.
