The Office of the Vice President brought its PagbaBAGo: A Million Learners Campaign to Las Piñas City, distributing 800 PagbaBAGo Bags filled with school essentials to young learners of T.S. Cruz Elementary School, particularly those in Grades 1 to 4.
The Office of the Vice President (OVP), under the leadership of Vice President Sara Z. Duterte, continues to advance its flagship program PagbaBAGo: A Million Learners Campaign through the distribution of “PagbaBAGo Bags” to public school students across the country.
Recently, the OVP visited Las Piñas City in Metro Manila to hand over PagbaBAGo bags to 800 students of T.S. Cruz Elementary School, with a special focus on learners from Grades 1 to 4.
The students were visibly delighted as they received their newly designed bags, each containing school supplies, dental kits, and raincoats—essentials that support both their education and overall well-being.
The activity was led by OVP Spokesperson Atty. Ruth Castelo, who also delivered an inspirational message to the children: “Araw-araw dapat pumasok sa klase, ‘yun ang bilin ni Vice President Sara Duterte. Meron kayong mga gamit dito na magagamit niyo every day tulad ng toothbrush, raincoat, para kapag umulan, wala kayong payong may raincoat kayo na magagamit,” (Vice President Sara Duterte reminds you to attend classes every day. Inside these bags are items you can use daily, like a toothbrush and a raincoat—so that even when it rains, you’ll have something to keep you dry.)
Beyond supporting educational needs, the program also highlights the importance of oral hygiene in maintaining children’s overall physical health. Castelo underscored the simple but vital role of daily brushing, reminding the students to use the toothbrush and dental kits provided to them.
As of July 31, 2025, a total of 403,820 school bags were distributed throughout the country to provide students with the tools they need to succeed in school while instilling values of discipline, health, and perseverance.

Hindi maitago ng mga bata ang kanilang tuwa matapos matanggap ang bago at makabagong disenyo ng bag na naglalaman ng mga gamit sa eskuwela, dental kits, at kapote—mga pangunahing pangangailangan na tutulong sa kanilang pag-aaral at pangkalahatang kalusugan.
